*Please note that your spa treatment must be pre-booked at least 72 hours before your arrival by contacting our Spa team at spa@montcalm.co.uk . If your treatment is not booked at least 72 hours in advance and the spa cannot accommodate you, the cost of the treatment will not be refunded
