Yogis call it UJAI breath, you'll come to know it as the 'victorious breath', and your teacher will help you activate it in this opening session. Because it can regulate the two main engines in your body - your heart and your mind, yogis revere breath as 'the life force', and in this session you'll learn the art of aligning breath with movement to unlock the latent power within you. The class will be conducted with eucalyptus essential oils and a diffuser.
