Sound and auditory perception

The science of sound, and its effects on our health and wellbeing, is fascinating, and provides the focus for our second class. Research shows that the body reacts differently to various frequency types, and this class will enable you to tap into the frequency of the earth. We'll use a musical track at 432hrz, as well as the 'sound of the universe' - AUM, allowing you to feel more grounded and better connected within. We close the class chanting AUM for those who feel comfortable doing so, to demonstrate the benefits of generating those frequencies inside the body.
