Classic

To become a Classic member of The Montcalm Club, all you need to do is join the programme. As a Classic member you will enjoy:

• Complimentary bottle of water per day
• Complimentary fresh fruit per day
• Complimentary newspaper per day

Silver

You become a Silver member once you have completed your 2 eligible stays or 4 eligible nights in a rolling 12-month period at any of The Montcalm Luxury Hotels. As a Silver member you will enjoy Classic level privileges plus:

• Extended check-out (subject to availability)
• Complimentary room upgrade to the next available category (subject to availability)
• Deluxe fruit plate in room

Gold

You will be awarded the Gold membership when you have 20 eligible stays or spend 30 eligible nights in a rolling 12-month period at any of the Montcalm Luxury Hotels. As a Gold member you will enjoy Silver level privileges plus:

• Early check-in upon request (subject to availability)
• A welcome amenity per stay
• 20% discount at The Spa in participating properties
• 20% discount on all laundry
• A guaranteed room upgrade on your 30th night stay*

Platinum

You will reach Platinum status when you have 40 eligible stays or spend 60 eligible nights in a rolling 12-month period at any of The Montcalm Luxury Hotels. As a Platinum member, you will receive Gold level privileges plus:

• Personalised in room check-in inclusive of a welcome drink per guest
• A gift from the hotel when reaching tier status
• Full Club Lounge access
• A complimentary one night stay in a Junior Suite when reaching your 60th night* (at selected properties only)
