In our final class exploring the five senses, we will follow our yoga with a 15-minute mindful eating experience, helping you to reconnect with the sense of taste. This class focuses on accurate alignment, so be ready for the instructor to adjust your posture should you need it! We will focus on the whole process of eating, using the senses of seeing, touching and smelling, and the sensation of tasting the food. Mindful eating not only changes your perception to enhance the way food tastes, it can also help with weight loss and eating disorders.
