Now more than ever we live in a world of distractions, constantly checking our smartphones and social media. In this class we'll focus on one of yoga's key principles - control over external influences, or 'Ahara' in yogic terms. You'll learn that yoga is not just about strength and flexibility, but also the ability to conquer the mind. We encourage you to let the world around you 'fall apart' as you focus solely on yourself. The class closes with ten minutes of meditation, looking within to discover your inner strength.
